How to win a Contact Center Award?


Apply in three simple steps

 

Step 1: Choose your prefered Award!

Which category is most applicable to your case? You can only apply once per category and each case can only be entered in one category. The jury can decide if your case is more applicable for another category than the one you applied for.

 

Step 2: Fill out the questionnaire for your case

Your application consists of a couple of easy questions that you can answer online. The goal is to convince the jury that your case is indeed the most rewardable case in this category. Not too much geeky language please, the jury consists of both people that know the sector and people that don’t! Convince them and get yourself in that Award Show!

It shouldn’t take you more than 2 hours to fill in these questions!

 

Step 3: Make sure you send us your answers before October 1st!

We’re awaiting your cases with much anticipation! Any applications that arrive after October 1st will not be entered in the competition.

Let’s Celebrate Connectivity


Back by popular demand… Let’s celebrate connectivity during the award show of the Belgian Contact Center Awards. We will be awarding the best contact centers in Belgium in a completely new set-up of the Contact Center Awards.

We have made it super easy to apply your case. Just fill out our online questionnaire of 8 questions and press submit 🙂 An independent jury, headed by none other than Sven Pichal of Radio 2’s De Inspecteur, will appoint 3 nominees in 3 categories. On November 15th the winners will be announced live on stage.

We kick-off with a very special act, again all about connectivity… It will need some crowd participation from you. We promise: no karaoke, but your toncils will be involved 😉

The young and talented millenial Talitha Muusse starts off the evening with a presentation on Connecting Generations from the viewpoint of the millenials. How to connect different generations on the work floor, how to engage customers from different ages…?

And then it’s time for the awards. You’ll hear about the best cases in Connecting People, Connecting Technology and Connecting Customers and find out first hand why our independent expert jury chose the winners.

We close off the night with a true celebration, contact center style!

Those of you already registered for or planning to attend the Contact Center Congress in the afternoon: make sure you book your combi-ticket for the Congress and the Awards show!

FAQ

Everything you need to know about the Contact Center Congress & Awards


There are two parkings available. Sportoase has its own parking lot (194 places available) underneath the complex and there is another parking lot (700 places available) just next to Sportoase. Both are situated at the Philipssite.

Leuven Station is only a 10 minute walk away. You could also take the bus if you don’t fancy a stroll, every ten minutes the Ringbus leaves at Leuven Station. You can take both Ringbus 600 or 601.

Just don’t forget to get off at the Parkpoort stop!

If you have received an invitation for the Contact Center Congress from one of our sponsors, you still need to register by sending an e-mail to hans@contactcentres.be or you can ask your host to register for you.

If you cancel before 15/10/2018 you will receive a refund of 50% of the fee. After 15/10 there will be no refunds  for cancellations. Up to 14/11 you can transfer your registration to a colleague free of charge.

You couldn’t make it or the venue is already sold out? No worries, you can still follow the Congress from a distance. We will be bringing live updates on Twitter (hashtag #CCCongress18 or follow @CCBelg).
